Tickets
When do tickets go on sale?
Leeds Festival 2008 saw tickets go on sale in early March.
Why hasn’t my ticket arrived yet?
If you got your ticket from an official vendor, I.e, Ticket master or See Tickets, then you won’t actually receive your ticket until around 1 or 2 weeks before the festival. This is to minimise duplication.
How much will tickets be next year?
Usually the price of a Leeds Festival ticket increases by £10 each year. We predict the tickets for Leeds Festival 2009 will be around £160, based on the fact that this year, they were £150
What should I do with my ticket when I get to Leeds Festival?
If you arrive at leeds on the thursday, you can walk straight to the band exchange tent and get your wrist band. Its located near the aftershock tent. For those traveling to Leeds on the wednesday, you will have to wait until the thursday to exchange your ticket for a wrist band, so keep that ticket safe!
Do I need my ticket all weekend?
You will exchange your ticket for a wrist band when you get to Leeds Festival. After that you will not need it. Your wrist band will give you access to the arena and the camping areas.
Camping
Can I camp Anywhere?
You can only camp in the designated camping areas at Leeds Festival. Excluded areas include the pathways, the arena and emergancy exits. Camping teams will be availible all weekend if you have any problems. In my experience, the Yellow camping area is the best as its the closest to the arena entrance.
Can I make a campfire?
Smal controlled campfires that burn no higher than waist height are now allowed at Leeds Festival. Wood can be bought on site, but its quite expensive.
