Arctic Monkeys close Leeds Festival 2014 early
Sheffield favourites Arctic Monkeys closed Leeds Festival 2014 on Sunday, 10 minutes earlier than expected.
Reports say that the band raced through their set and had limited interaction with the crowd in between songs.
Lead singer Turner only addressed fans a few times to ask how their weekend had been.
Despite the controversial tone to the set, revellers on the whole were very happy with what they saw.
One fan watching told the BBC, “Oh well, they made up for it in how cool they were.”
“They are really cool, like super cool. I think they are the coolest band by far.
The rockers played what will be one of their last shows that promotes their latest album AM.
Updates for Leeds Festival 2015 will shortly be on the way so stay tuned everyone!
