Awesome Leeds Festival Camping Checklist!
One of the most important things about a good festival experience is an awesome camping check list, full of useful and practical items.
I thought the best way to generate one of these would be to ask you to suggest ONE thing that you think is essential in any back-pack. Try and stray away from the obvious and aim for the nifty and quicky!
Lets hear some answers!

wet wipes! absolute god send after 3 days of no showering!
a phone is the most useful thing you can have at a festival. and money. and alcohol.
They are all pretty obvious though, got any more nifty or quirky ideas?
anything neon! face paints, glow sticks leg warmers whatever. make everyone in your crew wear them and you are less likely to lose eachother too!
haha thats a good one, cheers
These are obv but essential and there is more stuff you need to take but hope this helps, it did the 1st time i went!
1. Leeds Festival Ticket (duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstances)
2. Leeds Festival Information Booklet (you should have received one with your tickets, if not, you can print one off nearer the time from the homepage)
3. Car Park Ticket (If you are doing that)
4. Money, but don’t carry too much. Remember there are cash machines on site. If taking a purse/wallet, remember to empty it of everything you don’t need before leaving.
5. Tent - including pegs, ropes, etc.
6. Groundsheet
7. Sleeping bag
8. Air bed
9. Torch
10. Batteries
11. Towel
12. Shower kit, toothbrush & paste
13. Container to carry water, there are drinking water pipes on site but remember: no glass containers.
14. Sunscreen/hat/glasses (there isn’t much shade in the arena)
15. Thick jacket/sweatshirt/fleece (the sun may be beaming but it gets cold at night)
16. Clean underwear (enough said)
17. Waterproof jacket (we pray for sun, but you never know)
18. Trainers/boots (ones you don’t mind getting grubby)
19. Sandals (leave the heels at home girls, fields and heels don’t mix)
20. Warm clothes to sleep in
21. Fun camera (take one that you don’t mind if you happen to lose)
22. Loo roll
23. Wet wipes (great for cleaning all over without the need for water)
24. Plastic bag (will help keep your clothes dry in your tent should it rain)
25. A bag for your rubbish (which can be deposited in the bins on the campsite)
your mum.
(haha)
im sorry. i just love saying that phrase and it seemed appropriate in this situation.
